The Algona Girls Volleyball team will be Co-Conference Champs in the North Central Conference after defeating Webster City last night 3 games to none: 25-13, 25-6, and 26-24. Kirsten Lipps had a 22 of 22 night from the service line with 6 aces.
Algona finishes with a conference mark of 8-1 tied with co-conference champs Humboldt and Iowa-Falls Alden. Algona will open up their Class 3A playoffs Monday with a visit from Clear Lake. 7:00 is the start of the match, broadcast time is 6:50 here on KLGA Hometown Radio.
